What is a 3D Virtual Reality Tour?
We use cutting edge 3D infra-red camera technology to scan a 360 degree space. We progressively work through the area strategically placing the camera to enable the images to be stitched together. Once all the desired area is scanned, all of the stiched images are pulled together to enable the 3D model to be created. The result is a seamless, immersive and fun experience.
When the scans are complete we will deliver your 3D Interactive tour and floor plans via a link which you can then paste into the MLS, Social Media and your own website. Wow your clients by giving them VR goggles to view the tour or walk thru their own space on their phone.
We can also provide high definition photos, blueprints floor plans, 360 Degree scans of outdoor spaces,

What types of Photography do you offer?
We have two levels of photography available. The first takes screenshots of the actual 3D tour and prvides photos to you in 4K resolution. The second is HDR photography done by a professional photographer.
How many days lead time if required to book?
Depending on the complexity of the job is how we determine lead time. Typical real estate scheduling is three days out. If there is drone footage and videos produced it will be about a week. Once all media is captures it takes a day to get back the 3D Tour and photography. 1 week for videos produced.
What are our terms?
You are hiring 3DiSight to provide a service and supply quality photos/virtual tour in which you can market a home and/or yourself.
Put simply, that is just what you can do - use the photos however you want to market the home and/or market yourself. All we ask is that you do not sell/give the photos to a third party and that 3Disight can use the image to promote its own business.
In more legal terms:
1. Grant of License. This license grants the Client (“Licensee”), an individual, non-transferable right to use the images supplied by 3DiSight. You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the images to any other companies or entities. License also grants REIN MLS and Williamsburg MLS an unlimited, non-exclusive license to use the photos.
When requested we will sign REIN's 3rd Party Independent Contractor Agreement with the added clause that 3DiSight has license to use to photos to promote it's own business both online and in print and the terms of that agreement will override these stated terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
24 hours prior to appointment or 50% of fees will be charged.

What is your payment policy?
Payment due upon delivery of services. In some circumstances payment at closing can be negotiated.
